Client Servicing Executive

Job Description

As a Client Servicing Executive, you should own excellent communication skills and strong listening skills. Also, you should be able to display calm composure at all times. Moreover, you should provide guidance and support to team members as and when required. Also, you should be able to fulfill monthly/yearly revenue and departmental targets.

To perform in this job role, you should good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Furthermore, you should be highly motivated and able to work in a team as well as independently. Your ability to provide in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services will be beneficial.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Understanding the client’s business model.
  2. Knowing the marketplace and factors affecting sales.
  3. Advertising techniques from creative, research, and media outreach.
  4. Understanding the needs of the client while being driven by a complex timeline of tasks.
  5. Stress management, organizational skills, collaboration, and teamwork.
  6. Effective utilisation of the resources and proactive approach.
  7. Briefing the copy and the creative department and formulating marketing strategies.
  8. Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and advertising agency and ensuring that the communication flows effectively.
  9. Overseeing the status of advertising campaigns.
  10. Presenting campaign plans to clients for approval or modification.
  11. Meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
  12. Handling budgets and managing campaign costs;
  13. Writing reports, keeping records and financial details.
  14. Helping to secure new business.
  15. Handling the profitability of accounts.
  16. Gaining, maintaining familiarity with and keeping up with changes in the nature of clients’ products, business culture and competition.
  17. Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  2. 2 to 3 Years experience as a Client Servicing Executive or a Client Service Representative.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Good time management and organizational skills.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
